EduSchools provides comprehensive financial reporting tools to help you track revenue, monitor outstanding fees, analyze payment trends, and generate professional statements for students and auditing purposes.

Report Categories
  • Operational Reports: Daily/weekly reports for fee tracking

Available Reports

1. Aging Report

Navigate to Finance → Reports → Aging Report

The Aging Report shows outstanding balances categorized by how long they've been overdue.

Report Structure

Category Description
Current Not yet overdue (0-30 days)
31-60 Days 1-2 months overdue
61-90 Days 2-3 months overdue
90+ Days Seriously overdue (requires immediate action)

How to Use

  • Select academic year
  • Filter by grade (optional)
  • Export to Excel/PDF
  • Use for collection priority planning
Action Required

Accounts in the 90+ days category should receive immediate attention. Consider payment plans, reminders, or collection procedures.

2. Collection Report

Navigate to Finance → Reports → Collection Report

Tracks payment collection trends over time with visual charts and summaries.

3. Student Statement

Navigate to Finance → Reports → Student Statement

Generate detailed financial statements for individual students or families.

Statement Includes

  • Student and family information
  • All fees charged
  • All payments received
  • Discounts applied
  • Penalties assessed
  • Current balance
  • Transaction history with dates

Generation Options

  • Date Range: Specify start and end dates
  • Format: PDF (for printing) or Excel (for analysis)
  • Delivery: Download, print, or email to parent
  • Include Details: Show/hide transaction details

Tip: Send statements at the end of each term to keep parents informed.

4. Payment Receipt

Navigate to Finance → Reports → Payment Receipt

Generate official payment receipts for any transaction.

Receipt Information

  • Received from (student/family name)
  • Purpose of payment
  • Remaining balance
  • School letterhead and logo

Usage

  • Print immediately after recording payment

5. Grade Fees Outlook

Navigate to Finance → Reports → Grade Fees Outlook

Summary of fee charges and payments by grade level.

For bulk statements, you'll need to:
